A former basketball player, Chef Alexandre Mazzia leads his brigade the way one leads a sports team.
You will join a team whose goal is to reveal your passion and your excellence.
For our Maison AM, we are looking for a Sommelier.
- You ensure guests’ complete satisfaction throughout the service of wines and other beverages; you know how to listen to them and advise them.
- You work alongside the restaurant manager and the Maître d’hôtel.
- You handle the operational set-up, and check and carry out the daily cellar restocking.
- You ensure the cellar is well managed and keep enriching it.
- You have a sound knowledge of Champagne houses and the various wine regions.
- You serve wines and other beverages at dining events held at the restaurant and across all the Maisons AM.
