How AM by Alexandre Mazzia collects and protects its passengers’ data.
Data controller
AM Entreprises, SAS, 9 rue François Rocca, 13008 Marseille, operator of the AM by Alexandre Mazzia restaurant. Contact: contact@alexandre-mazzia.com.
Data collected and purposes
Bookings: when you book through the TheFork module, your name, contact details, date, time, number of guests and special requests (including allergies or diets) are sent to the restaurant so that it can prepare your visit. TheFork also acts as data controller for its own service.
Private hire, event, collaboration or press requests: the information entered in the form (name, e-mail, phone, company or media outlet, message) is used solely to reply to your request.
Press kit download: your name, media outlet and e-mail are recorded with the date of the request and passed on to AM’s press office, in order to follow how the kit is shared with journalists.
Gift vouchers: purchases are handled by the Secretbox online shop, which collects the data needed for the order and payment.
Audience measurement: the website may use an analytics tool to understand its traffic. Non-essential cookies are only set with your consent.
Legal bases
Processing is based on carrying out your booking or request, on the restaurant’s legitimate interest in managing its customer relationships and, for audience measurement, on your consent.
Recipients
The data is intended for the AM team and its technical service providers: the website host (Gandi), TheFork for bookings, Secretbox for gift vouchers and, where applicable, the analytics tool. It is never sold.
Retention periods
Booking data: 3 years from your last visit. Requests sent through the form: 3 years from the last contact. Analytics cookies: 13 months at most.
