A former basketball player, Chef Alexandre Mazzia leads his brigade the way one leads a sports team.
You will join a team whose goal is to reveal your passion and your excellence.
For our Maison AM, we are looking for a Demi-chef de partie.
- You assist the chef de partie in preparing the dishes according to the vision and signature cuisine of Chef Alexandre Mazzia.
- You master the techniques and specific tasks of your section.
- You help check and store the goods and ensure product quality.
- You stand in for the chef de partie when absent and support the kitchen commis.
- You apply food hygiene and safety rules.
- You contribute to an exceptional guest experience.
