A former basketball player, Chef Alexandre Mazzia leads his brigade the way one leads a sports team.
You will join a team whose goal is to reveal your passion and your excellence.
For our Maison AM, we are looking for a Front-of-house commis.
From day one, you will be immersed in the Chef’s world through an onboarding and training period.
- You help set up the dining room and tables to AM*** standards.
- You assist the chef de rang in serving food and drinks.
- You welcome and look after guests attentively throughout their journey.
- You keep the dining room and service areas clean and tidy.
- You grow alongside the team and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.
Profile
