A former basketball player, Chef Alexandre Mazzia leads his brigade the way one leads a sports team.
You will join a team whose goal is to reveal your passion and your excellence.
For our Maison AM, we are looking for an Assistant Maître d’hôtel.
From day one, you will be immersed in the Chef’s world through an onboarding and training period.
- You run the service in close collaboration with the Maître d’hôtel and the sommelier.
- You ensure complete guest satisfaction to guarantee them an optimal experience.
- You carry out the set-up tasks required to keep the restaurant immaculate and the service running smoothly.
- You will be in charge of various internal and external assignments that are part of life at the house.
